Daniela from Climáximo and Zinc from System Change held a workshop in the Ende Gelände camp 2026 on May 29, with a dozen of participants, debating the key propositions of All In and discussing what does the movement needs now.

All In is a daring (book) project that confront us with the urgency of dismantling capitalism in the short-term to avoid climate collapse, while building a theory of change and the organizational model to deliver it. More than a book from the movement to the movement, “All in” wants to be a tool for movement-level strategy and organizing. Together we want to discuss the analysis and proposal the book formulates and discuss how we can implement its core theses in our activism, movements and organization.
