A lot of our practices and mistakes are transferrable across contexts and across topics. We want to do some collective trouble-shooting exercise. We would hope make visible existing knowledge, experience, tools and practices. We would also like to reach at some pointers on what to pay attention to, what can go wrong and how to go address it.
